CITY OF PLEASAIQTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 73-113 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND THE PLEASANTON CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION AND FIXING SALARIES AND CONDITIdNS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR ENUMERATED CLASSES OF EMPLOYEES FOR THE FISCAL-YEAR 1973-74. (WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, .acting through the City Manager employer representative of the City Council, and the Pleasanton City Employees Association have met and con- ferred pursuant to the provisions of §$3500,. et seq., of the Government Code in regard to wages, hours and other terms and. conditions of employment for members of the Pleasanton City Employees Association; and (WHEREAS, as a result of the above meeting and conferring process a Memorandum of Understanding dated June 25, 1973 was entered into. between the City Manager and representatives of the Pleasanton City Employees Association] and 'WHEREAS, said Memorandum of Understanding was presented to the Ci Council at their meeting of June 25, 1973; and WHEREAS, the Council has been advised that the Memorandum of standing is for a one year term,. the fiscal year 1973-74 and contains certain benefits. to be granted the Pleasant City Employees Association employees during the term of said agreement;. and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to I~i~ae# all City employees who are hot represented by Pleasanton City. Employees Associa- tion to the same salary and benefits to be given to mem- bers of Pleasanton City Employees Association in order thaf all employees are treated equally and fairly; NOWy THEREFORB, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE A8 FOLLOWS: 1.
