As required by Specific Plan Hazrdous Materials Policy 1, Guideline 1.1, <br />the developer has prepazed a forma] work plan and submitted i[ to the Califomia <br />Department of Environmental Health for review prior to approval of a final grading <br />plan. If contamination, exceeding statutory requirements is found, soils and/or <br />groundwater remediation plans must be prepared which address any conditions found <br />in the work plan. If the work plan reveals that irremediable contamination and <br />unacceptable health risks exist, development in the affected area will be avoided. <br />b.
