Facts in Support of Finding: The impact will be avoided or reduced based on the <br />following: <br />a. Construction noise impacts will be short-term. <br />b. The City has developed standazd regulations and procedures for limiting <br />construction noise which will apply to this project. <br />c. The Specific Plan Noise Attenuation Policy 5 requires the development of a <br />construction management plan to minimize noise. <br />d. The PUD implements the Mitigation Measures by requiring a construction <br />noise management plan and by limiting construction hours. The City will review this <br />plan to ensure that construction activities aze limited for each development unit. <br />K. Cultural Resources <br />1. Impact MI. Potential for future development of the study area to disturb cultural <br />resources not yet identified. <br />Mitigation Measures: <br />Measure Mla. Prior to approval of any grading or development plans, including <br />infrastructure plans, complete an intensive cultural resources survey of the study azea. <br />Measure Mlb. In the portions of the project azea not currently known to contain <br />archeological resources, grading and site preparation activities will be subject to <br />monitoring by a qualified azcheologist. <br />Measure Mlc. If archaeological resources are identified during mass site grading and <br />prepazation activities, the archaeologist shall recommend actions [o identify and <br />protect potential resources for implementation during subsequent site-specific grading. <br />Findine: Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the <br />Project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br />identified in the Final EIR to a less than significant level. <br />FacTS in Support of Finding: The impact will be avoided or reduced based on the <br />following: <br />a.
