Direct pedestrian movements to one side of Bemal Avenue only to <br />minimize crossing of freeway ramps. <br />Measure J7d(2). Constmct dual right-turn lane freeway ramps to include a signalized <br />"demand-activated" crossing for pedestrians and bicyclists. <br />Measure J7d(3).
