PUD Condition _ requires the on-site system to be built in accordance with <br />City standards which require the system to minimize infiltration and inflow. <br />f. Mitigation Measures Dab and D3f are not necessary given the <br />implementation of other mitigations which reduce this impact, combined with the <br />reduction in units of residential development and office /commercial squaze footage <br />under the GHCBI Project. <br />g. PUD Condition _ and Specific Plan Wastewater Policy 1 require <br />implementation of water conservation measures. <br />E. Public Services: Education <br />1. Im ao ct El. Potential increase in elementary school enrollment exceeding ideal <br />school district capacity in existing schools. <br />Mi[ieation Measures: <br />Measure Ela. Development in the project azea shall pay school impact fees to the <br />School District at the same rate as other properties in the City of Pleasanton, subject to <br />agreement between the School District and Master Developer giving consideration to <br />the designation and acquisition of a school site. <br />Measure Elb. Project sponsor shall seek agreement with PUSD, and City shall urge <br />PUSD, to build a new elementary school that provides, at a minimum, the core <br />Facilities and classrooms required to serve a student population of 300 so that project <br />elementary students do not cause enrollment at then-existing elementary schools to <br />exceed their ideal capacities, using the site dedicated by the project and the impact fees <br />paid as development occurs. <br />Findine: Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the <br />Project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect <br />identified in the Final EIR to a less than significant level. <br />Facts in Suooort of Findi~: <br />a. PUD Condition _ requires that GHCBI pay school impact fees to PUSD at <br />the same rate as other properties in Pleasanton. These fees include a separate fee <br />program for residential uses, and one for commercial or other non-residential uses. <br />Per Senate Bill 50, payment of school fees is full mitigation of a project's impacts on <br />schools. <br />14 <br />
