Under [his plan, Pleasanton will be entitled to 14.4 million gallons per day (MGD) of export capacity (aIlnost twice its current entitlement). The LAV WMA expanded capacity should be available in approximately 2003. The expanded capacity will accommodate the GHCBI Project and future cumulative demand. b. PUD Condition requires payment of connection fees to allow LAV WMA to construct its expansion project. c. The Development Agreement provides this guarantee. 13
