6. Impact C6. Construction impacts associated with provision of a recycled water <br />pipeline. <br />Mitigation Measures: None. <br />Findine: Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the Project <br />which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect identified in <br />the Final EIR to a less than significant level. <br />Facts in Sunoort of Findine: The impact will be avoided or reduced based on the <br />following: <br />a. This impact will not occur because the GHCBI Project does not include <br />constmction of a recycled water pipeline. Thus, mitigation measures are not <br />necessary. <br />7. Impact C7. Potential downstream impacts on water quality if recycled water is <br />used for irrigation of the golf course and landscaped public areas. <br />Mitieation Measure: None. <br />Findin :Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the Project <br />which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental et7ect identified in <br />the Final EIR to a less than sigoificant level. <br />Facts in Support of Findine: The impact will be avoided or reduced based on the <br />following: <br />a. Impact C7 will not occur since recycled water is not a feature of the GHCBI <br />Project. <br />D. Infrastructure Systems: Wastewater <br />1. Impact Dl. Potential interference with existing on-site sewer main during <br />construction. <br />Mitigation Measures: <br />Measure Dl a. Relocate main and pump station, if necessary for this project, to a site <br />providing satisfactory access, with no disruption of existing flows during the <br />relocation process. <br />Measure Dlb. Follow best available practices for either abandoning the main and <br />pump station in place or removing them in order to minimize health hazards. <br />11 <br />
