All building and/or structural plans must comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect, including the regulations <br />set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title <br />24 of the UBC, before the Building Department will issue <br />permits. <br />24. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer shall <br />pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water <br />meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation <br />meters. Additionally, the developer shall pay any <br />applicable Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) sewer <br />permit fee. <br />26. The developer shall post address numerals on the building so <br />as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or <br />driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br />spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br />27. The development shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code). <br />28. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start <br />of construction to final inspection. <br />29.
