the Police Department and that this system shall be <br />installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br />30. If required by the Police Department, all access restricting <br />gates installed on-site shall be equipped with a remote <br />control mechanism to permit emergency activation Prom the <br />communications console at the Police Department. This shall <br />consist of direct connection hardware, radio control, or <br />other mechanism approved by the Police Department. All <br />access gates shall be identified on the plans submitted for <br />issuance of building permits and the type of remote control <br />mechanism shall be identified. <br />31. The developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard <br />and erosion control prior to issuance of a Building <br />Department permit. The amount of this bond will be <br />determined by the City Engineer. <br />32. The haul route for all materials to and from this <br />development shall be approved by the City Engineer prior to <br />the issuance of an encroachment pernit. <br />33. The developer shall submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br />Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be revegetated <br />and stabilized by October 15. Grading completed between <br />October 16 and April 15 shall be revegetated and <br />reatabilized as soon as possible after completion of <br />grading. No construction materials may be dumped or <br />disposed of on-site or into any storm drains on or near the <br />site. <br />34. Tha developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure <br />as part of the improvement plans. <br />35. Any damage to existing street improvements during <br />construction on the subject property shall be repaired to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the <br />developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or <br />street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City <br />Engineer. <br />36. The developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any <br />construction equipment onto the site. <br />37.
