3, Aereement on Employee Transportation Surveys <br /> <br />City staff shall follow the employee transportation survey procedures set forth <br />in the Delegation Plan. <br /> <br />The BAAQMD shall provide information to City staff upon request on current <br />employee transportation survey procedures used by the BAAQMD. <br /> <br />Consistency between City implementation of the survey procedures and the <br />Delegation Plan and BAAQM D survey procedures shatl be evaluated by the <br />BAAQMD in the course of its annual performance evaluation. <br /> <br />City shall provide data and results from employee transportation surveys from <br />all work sites, as requested by the BAAQMD as part of the annual <br />performance evaluation or at other times of the year as described in Section <br />6.B. of this Agreement. <br /> <br />BAAQMD shall provide to City staff upon request data and results from <br />employee transportation surveys from multi-jurisdiction employers that report <br />to the BAAQ/ViD for work sites located within the City. <br /> <br />Agreement on i:molover Trio Reduction Plan Approval/Disapproval and ADDeel of <br />Plan Disapproval <br /> <br />City staff shall follow the plan approVal/disapproval and appeal criteria and <br />procedures set forth in the Delegation Plan. <br /> <br />The BAAQMD shall provide information to City staff upon request on current <br />criteria and methods for reviewing, approving, and disapproving plans <br />submitted to the BAAQ/'~4D and information on plan appeals. <br /> <br />Consistency between City implementation of the plan approval/disapproval <br />procedures and criteria and the Delegation Plan and BAAQMD procedures <br />and criteria shall be evaluated by the BAAQMD in the course of its annual <br />performance evaluation. <br /> <br />5.
