City shall pay PGandE, prioi° to the furnishing of any t~rork o7° iiraterials by PGandE r°clated to Streel: Lighting facilities, the nonrefundable amount of $1,G51, fi673 of tdhicli represents the difference bettceen the esti- mated cost of 6 steel poles t~~ith undergr-ound connections and an equivalent wood pole system t~~ith overhead connections, as provided in Special Condition 4 of Schedule LS~I, and i~378 of o-~hich represents the estimated installed cost of the luminaires, brackets and associated control facilities t-~hich qualifies City to receive street lighting service for all 6 street. lights under Class B rates of Schedule LS-l, or such other schedule as may hereafter be applicable to service to such street lighting system. 4. Any rearrangement, relocation, addition to, or other modificat-ion of the Street Lighting Facilities as shovtn on Exhibit "A" after commei,cement of construction required r'or any reason other than the sole convenience of PGandE shall be paid for on demand and in advance by City. 5. City shall, upon the completion of the Street Lighting Facilities execute and deliver to PGandE a deed of conveyance in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "6" conveying the Street Lighting Facilities to PGandE. 6. City shall make any payment to PGandF V~ereunder only from the proceeds of assessments levied and bonds sold in the asscssn;ent district pro- ceedings. There shall he no liability upon City to make such payment from any other source of funds. PGandE shall not be obligated to proceed hereunder until sufficient funds have been made available and all payni^nts to be made to PGandE have been made. 2:
