PETITION <br /> <br />(Annexation of uninhabited territory <br /> where all owners consent) <br /> <br />TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br /> The undersigned property owner does hereby make <br />application to the City of Pleasanton for annexation to said <br />City of the hereinafter described territory in accordance <br />with the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939 of <br />the State of California. <br /> <br /> Said territory is uninhabited territory, and is <br />situated in the County of Alameda, State of California. <br /> <br /> The undersigned petitioner is the owner of all the <br />land in the territory proposed to be annexed to the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> The territory herein referred to is fully described <br />in Exhibit A, which is made a part hereof the same as though <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> The undersigned petitioner, pursuant to Section <br />35319 of the Government Code, State Of California, hereby <br />gives its consent to have said territory taxed to pay any <br />indebtedness or liability of the City contracted prior to or <br />existing at the time of the annexation, to-wit, to pay its <br />proportionate share of the bonded indebtedness of the City <br />of Pleasanton presently authorized for the acquisition, con- <br />struction or completion of municipal improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
