' D~pUty~County Courts;1~ <br /> <br />I~C~_LAGE~C~ FORMATION COMMISSION OF ALAMEDA COUN~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-11 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of application for "Annexation No. 69" to <br />the City of Pleasanton was heretofore filed with the Executive Officer of <br />the Local Agency Formation Commission; and, <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, said Executive Officer has reviewed said application and <br />prepared a report, including his reconnendations thereon, neting that an En- <br />vironmental Impact Report has been previously prepared, and said application <br />and Environmental Impact Report having been presented to and considered by <br />this. Commission; and, <br /> <br /> .i~EREAS, at the hearing the Local Agency Formation Conmission heard <br />a=d received all oral and ~rritten protests, objections and evidence which were <br />made, presented or filed, and'all persons present were given an opportunity <br />to appear and be heard in respect to any matter relating to said application <br />and report; and, <br /> <br />this Co-~-{ssion did find as follows: <br /> <br />The proposed annexation is consistent with procedures and policies <br />preViously adopted by this Cornrn4ssion in that the area being <br />annexed viiipermit the provision of city services to the <br />subject area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETv~RMI/TED AND ORDERED: <br /> <br />That said annexation is app~oved, subject to all other applicable laws and <br />the fOllowring terms and conditions: <br /> <br />(1) Correction of the map and description, as .mayjbe required <br /> by the Director of Public Works, ex officio County Surveyor; <br /> <br />(2) That the City of Pleasanton conduct proceedings without <br /> notice and hearing and without an election. <br /> <br />CORRECT CO2.
