REV. <br /> <br />4700 <br />7/8//5 <br />CY <br />7/22//5 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "C' <br />DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 69 <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the southeasterly right of way <br />line of County Road No. 1530, commonly known as Stanley Boulevard, 66 feet <br />in width, with the easterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by <br />REMILLARU BRICK COMPANY, a California corporation, to LEROY J. AMARAL and <br />RUTH J. AMARAL, his wife, by deed recorded September 30, 1964, in Reel 1325 <br />of Official Records at Image 623 (AW 156861), Records of Alameda county, <br />California, said point of intersection being also the northeasterly corner <br />of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation NO. 44, annexed to <br />the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 457 of the C~tyof Pleasanton, <br />adopted June 6, 1966, a map of which territory was filed August I, 1966, in <br />Book 51 of Maps at page 35 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; <br />thence southerly along the easterly boundary line of said territory annexed <br />to tne southeasterly corner thereof, said corner being also a point on the <br />general easterly boundary line of that certain territory, commonly known as <br />Annexation No. 34, annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 406 <br />ot the City of Pleasanton, adopte~ May 3, 1965, a map of which territory was <br />filed July 27, 1965 in Book 43 oT Maps at page 93A thereof, Recoras of Alameda <br />County, California; thence southerly along said general easterly boundary line <br />to the southeasterly corner of sa~d Annexation No. 34, last said corner being <br />also the southwesterly corner of that certain 60-acre parcel of land conveyed <br />by H. BLACK to REMI[LARD BRICK CUMPANY, by aeed recorded October 20, 1900, <br />in Book 746 of Deeds, at pagq 307, Records o~ Alameda County, California; <br />thence southeasterly along the general southerly line of last said parcel to . <br />the intersection thereof with the southerly prolongation ot a line drawn <br />parallel with and 100.00 feet, measured perpendicularly, easterly from said <br />easterly boundary line of the hereinabove described Annexation No. 44; thence <br />northerly along said southerly prolongation and along said line so drawn and <br />its northerly prolongation to the i tp~.rsection of said northerly prolongation <br />with said southeasterly right of wa f County Road No. 1530; thence south- <br />westerly along said southeasterly right of way line to tne POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />Containing 3.06 acres of land, more or less. <br /> <br /> <br />
