July 8, 1975, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference <br />is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton subject to the <br />terms and conditions contained in the Memorandum of Understanding. <br /> <br />Section 2. The employee class titles and salary ranges to be paid by the City <br />of Pleasanton during the 1975-76 Fiscal Year and commencing with July 1, 1975, <br />shall be as set forth in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. The salary ranges for Fiscal Year 1976-77 will be <br />established by resolution by July I, 1976, in accordance with the terms of <br />the Memorandum of Understanding. <br /> <br /> The 1975-76 Budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended accord- <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />ingly. <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 74-140 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> If any sections, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, <br />clause or phrase of this resolution or any part thereof is for any reason held <br />to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this resolution or any part thereof. The City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed each section, subsection, subdivision. <br />paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that <br />any one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, paragraphs, sentences, <br />clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional. <br /> <br />Section 6.
