CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 75-143 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND THE PLEASANTON CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION AND FIXING SALARIES AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOY- MENT FOR ENUMERATED CLASSES OF EMPLOYEES, AND AMENDING THE 1975-76 BUDGET ACCORDINGLY WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton, acting through the City Manager as employer representative of the City Council, and the Pleasanton City Employees Association have met and conferred pursuant to the provisions of Section 3500, et. seq., of the Government Code in regard to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment for members of the Pleasanton City Employees Association; and WHEREAS, as a result of the above meeting and conferring process a Memorandum of Understanding dated July 8, 1975, was entered into between the City Manager and representatives of the Pleasanton City Employees Associa- tion; and WHEREAS, said Memorandum of Understanding was presented to the City Council at an adjourned regular meeting of July 8, 1975; and WHEREAS, certain benefits contained in said Memorandum of Understanding shall be computed as of July 1, 1975, in accordance with Resolution No. 75-139; and WHEREAS, there are employees not represented by the Pleasanton City Employees Association to whom the City Council wishes to provide salary adjust- ments and benefits in order that all employees are treated fairly; and WHEREAS, the City Council on May 27, 1975, by Resolution No. 75-108, approved the City Manager's proposed Budget for the 1975-76 Fiscal Year. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
