NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The New Life Fellowship Church application for a hold- <br />ing tank for a 2,560 square foot church on a 4.05 acre <br />site at the southwest corner of Hopyard Road and Valley <br />Trails Drive (south) is approved, subject to the follow- <br />ing conditions: <br />(1) That detailed plumbing plans and probable future <br />site development plans be submitted to the Director of <br />Engineering Services of the Department of Community I! <br />Development for approval prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />(2) That detailed plans showing the location, construc- <br />tion materials and details, as well as all of the per- <br />tinent data concerning this holding tank be submitted to <br />and approved by the Director of Engineering Services of <br />the Department of Community Development prior to <br />installation of the holding tank. <br />(3) The property owner shall enter into a standard <br />holding tank agreement with the City of Pleasanton prior <br />to application for issuance of a building r~eri:it for thi <br />development: Applicant, prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit, shall provide to the City of Pleasanton <br />a letter indicating that it is aware of the fact that <br />its property is located within the service boundaries <br />of the Valley Community Services District sewage treat- <br />,lent plant and can only obtain treatment from said plant <br />when said capacity becomes available; that applicant is <br />aware that the construction of the proposed church <br />facility could not take place without the approval of a <br />holding tank by the City Council but that said approval <br />in no way constitutes authorization for or a guarantee <br />that New Life Fellowship Church will receive a sewer <br />-2- <br />__ <br />
