connection from Valley Community Services District in <br />the foreseeable future; and that applicant knowing of <br />the sewer situation and the sewer district within which <br />it is located, knowingly and willingly accepts the <br />financial obligation which will be incurred by the New <br />Life Fellowship Church for the disposal of sewage from <br />said holding tank pursuant to the City's franchise agree <br />ment until such time as sewer connections become avail- <br />able and one is allocated to the applicant and actual <br />connection to the public sewage system occurs. <br />Section 2. Authorizes execution by the Mayor of a standard hold- <br />ing tank agreement with applicant at such time as said <br />agreement has been approved as to form by the City <br />Attorney. <br />Section 3. The City Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolutic <br />to the applicant. <br />Section 4.
