CITY OF PLEASfuvTOIQ <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />KESOLUTION N0. 76-69 <br />APPROVING A HOLDING 'TANK I'OR THE NEW LIFE FELLOWSHIP <br />CHURCH AT HOPYARD ROAll AND VALLEY TRAILS DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the New Life Fellowship Church has received from the <br />Planning Comu.ission of the City of Pleasanton a condi- <br />tional use .ermit and Design Review approval for a 2560 <br />square foot church on 4.05 acre site at the southwest <br />corner of Hopyard Road and Valley Trails Drive (south); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said property is located within the service area of the <br />Valley Community Services District sewage treatment pl <br />an d <br />4dlIEREAS, said property will not be able to obtain service from <br />V.C.S.D. sewage treatment plant until some date in the <br />future which cannot be determined at this time; and <br />WHEF.EAS, §2-5.123 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />requires a permit for the operation and maintenance of <br />a private sewage disposal system; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a policy with respect to <br />the approval of holding tanks which is more specifically <br />set forth in Resolution No. 73-140 (A Resolution Estab- <br />lishing a Policy Regarding the Use of Holding Tanks in <br />the City of Pleasanton); and <br />WHEREAS, the New Life Fellowship Church has submitted an applica- <br />tion for a holding tank to the Department of Community <br />Development; and <br />WHEREAS, said request has been reviewed by the Division of Engi- <br />neering and found to be in conformance with the afore- <br />mentioned policy relating to holding tanks which has <br />been adopted by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this request was considered by the City Council at its <br /> <br />meeting of March 22, 1976; <br />
