approval and the payment of the necessary sewer <br />connection fee. Building plans shall be sub- <br />mitted to the Building Division of the Department <br />of Community Development within the above time <br />limit, otherwise the fees which have been paid <br />shall be deemed forfeited and the City Council <br />may, at its discretion, allocate these units to <br />any other use category specified in this resolu- <br />tion. <br />e. Miscellaneous. The sewer connections indicated <br />herein for the United Presbyterian Community <br />Church and the City and County of San Francisco, <br />shall be allocated from the particular use cate- <br />gories under which said uses are listed in Sec- <br />tion 4 above. The time limits applicable to said <br />users shall be the same as the use category within <br />which they receive their specific sewer allocation. <br />Section 6. Revocation of Connections. The sewer connection al- <br />locations specified in this resolution are made possible <br />as a result of the release of a building connections ban <br />against the Sunol STP by the Regional Water Quality Con- <br />trol Board. Said release was obtained due to actions <br />authorized by the City Council and .the expenditures of <br />over one-half million dollars at a sewage treatment <br />plant which will either be replaced or phased out within <br />approximately five years. Although the City Council will <br />endeavor to keep the Sunol STP operating within the <br />standards established by the above Board, the City Counci <br />cannot guarantee that any sewer connections which are <br />allocated will be available indefinitely. The Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board acts independently of the <br />City of Pleasanton and its future actions and require- <br />ments, regarding sewage treatment disposal, are subject <br />to change. The City Council may revoke allocated un- <br />issued sewer connections or issued sewer connections <br />-5- <br />
