c. <br />d. <br />of said approval the necessary sewer connection <br />fee shall be paid and necessary building plans <br />must be submitted to the Building Division of the <br />Department of Community Development. Said per- <br />mits must be paid for within 60 days from the <br />adoption of this resolution and plans submitted <br />within 90 days of the date upon which the sewer <br />connection was paid. If the necessary plans have <br />not been submitted pursuant to the time period <br />specified above, the City Council may, at its <br />discretion, allocate said units to any other use <br />category set forth herein, and the fees which <br />have been paid, shall be deemed forfeited. <br />Commercial Uses. Except as otherwise expressly <br />provided by the City Council, sewer connections <br />for commercial development shall be reserved for <br />a period of one year from the date of adoption of <br />this resolution. Said units shall be distributed <br />to developers only upon conclusion of Design Review <br />approval and payment of the necessary sewer con- <br />nection fee. Building plans shall be submitted <br />to the Building Division of the Department of <br />Community Development within the above time limit, <br />otherwise the fees which have been paid shall be <br />deemed forfeited and the City Council may, at its <br />discretion, allocate these units to any other use <br />category specified in this resolution. <br />Industrial. Except as otherwise expressly pro- <br />vided by the City Council, sewer connections for <br />industrial development shall be reserved for a <br />period of one year from the date of adoption of <br />this resolution. Said units shall be distributed <br />to developers only upon obtaining Design Review <br />-4- <br />
