c. Commercial - 20 single family dwelling unit <br />equivalents of which 3.3 equivalent units will <br />be reserved for the United Presbyterian Com- <br />munity Church. <br />d. Industrial - 5 single family dwelling unit <br />equivalents which are specifically reserved <br />for the properties belonging to the City and <br />County of San Francisco. <br />Section 5. Timing. The sewer connections allocated herein shall <br />be subject to the following time constraints: <br />a. Single Family Units. Except as otherwise expressly <br />provided by the City Council, the required sewer <br />connection fee for single family units shall be <br />paid to the Building Division of the Department <br />of Community Development within 60 days of the <br />adoption of this resolution. The necessary build- <br />ing plans must be submitted to the aforementioned <br />department for plan checking and review within <br />said 60 day period. Any units which have not <br />been requested within 60 days from the date of <br />the adoption of this resolution shall be subject <br />to re-allocation to any other use category set <br />forth herein at the discretion of the City Council. <br />Any sewer connection fees which have been paid <br />but for which no development plans have been sub- <br />mitted for review within the time period specified <br />above, shall be deemed forfeited. <br />b. Multiple Family Dwelling Units. Except as other- <br />wise expressly provided by the City Council, any <br />sewer connections for multiple family dwelling <br />units shall be allocated to developers who have <br />received design review approval.
