Family Dwelling Unit Equivalent Sewer Connections <br />At The Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant For Properties <br />Located Within The Sunol Service Area) and the pro- <br />visions of this resolution. <br />Section 2. Review. The allocations set forth herein shall be <br />subject to City Council review not less than 6 months <br />from the effective date of this resolution, pursuant <br />to the provisions of Section 4 of Resolution No. 76-83. <br />Section 3. Eligibility. All projects, in order to be eligible <br />for permits pursuant to this resolution shall comply <br />with the provisions of Section 6 of Resolution No. 76-83. <br />In addition, sewer permits allocated herein to scat- <br />tered single family lots shall be issued only to owners <br />of said lots and on the basis of one permit per owner. <br />The Chief Building Inspector shall be shown, by the <br />applicant, a deed or other legal entitlement establish- <br />ing the applicant as the owner of the property eligible <br />for a permit. As used in this section "owner" includes <br />joint tenants, tenants in common, partnerships, corpora- <br />tions, or individuals. <br />(Section 4. Allocation. The following allocation of 140 single <br />family dwelling unit equivalent sewer connections, shall <br />exist for one year from the effective date of this reso- <br />lution, unless changed by action of the City Council: <br />a. Single Family - 95 single family dwelling units <br />allocated: <br />1. Morrison Homes Corp., <br />Pleasanton Valley 40 <br />2. H. C. Elliott, Inc. 40 <br />3. Scattered lots (one to owner) 15 <br />b. Multiple - 20 single family dwelling unit <br />equivalents. <br />-2- <br />
