CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-84 <br />A RESOLUTION SPECIFICALLY ALLOCATING 140 SINGLE <br />FAMILY DWELLING UNIT EQUIVALENT SEWER CONNECTIONS <br />AT THE SUNOL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT FOR PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED WITHIN THE SUNOL SEWER SERVICE AREA <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 76-83 (A <br />Resolution Establishing On An Interim Basis, A Method <br />For Allocating Additional Single Family Dwelling Unit <br />Equivalent Sewer Connections At The Sunol Sewage Treat- <br />ment Plant for Properties Located Within The Sunol <br />Service Area) which will govern sewer allocations in <br />the Sunol sewer service area; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 76-83 does not specifically enumerate <br />projects eligible for sewer connections or the number <br />of units to be assigned to each use category set forth <br />therein; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 76-83 authorizes the City Council to <br />determine by separate resolution the exact number of <br />units to be allocated for each use category specified <br />in said resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 12, 1976, the City Council <br />determined to allocate a potential of 140 single family <br />dwelling unit equivalent sewer units for the first year <br />at the Sunol Sewage treatment plant (hereinafter re- <br />ferred to as "Sunol" or "Sunol STP"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Council considered how said units should be allo- <br />Gated among potential uses within the Sunol sewer ser- <br />vice area; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Resolution No. 76-83. The specific allocation of <br />single family dwelling unit equivalent sewer connec- <br />tions as set forth herein, is subject to the provisions <br />of Resolution No. 76-83 (A Resolution Establishing On An <br />Interim Basis, A Method For Allocating Additional Single <br />-1- <br />
