regarding land usage for that area by 1996. The City Council, <br />however, reserves the right to allocate sewer connections on <br />a different percentage every six months based upon the <br />Council's opinion as to community needs. Provided, however, <br />that the Council intends to achieve the above percentage <br />goal eventually by later adjustments to the allocation <br />percentages as to each use in the Sunol service area. <br />Section 6. ELIGIBILITY. In order to be eligible for any permits allo- <br />cated pursuant to this resolution, an applicant must have <br />obtained all required governmental approvals for his/her <br />project, except for building plans. Thus, for example, a <br />single family development must have obtained zoning, tenta- <br />tive map, and final map approvals and complied with the <br />conditions set forth in said approvals and by City ordin- <br />ances and state law before he/she may apply for any avail- <br />able sewer permits for single family dwellings. <br />Section 7. TIMING. Each resolution of the City Council specifically <br />making an allocation of sewer permits shall contain a section <br />specifying the time within which permits must be obtained. <br />Said section shall be in compliance with the following: <br />a. Single Family Units. Except as otherwise expressly <br />provided by the City Council, the required sewer <br />connection fee for single family units shall be paid <br />to the Building Division of the Department of Community <br />Development within 60 days of the adoption of a spec- <br />ific resolution allocating sewer connections for single <br />family dwelling units. The necessary building plans <br />must be submitted to the aforementioned department for <br />plan checking and review within said 60 day period. <br />Any units which have not been requested within 60 days <br />from the date of the adoption of this resolution shall <br />be subject to re-allocation to any other use category <br />-7- <br />
