set forth herein at the discretion of the City Council. <br />Any sewer connection fees which have been paid but for <br />which no development plans have been submitted for <br />review within the time period specified above, shall <br />be deemed forfeited. <br />b. Multiple Family Dwelling Units. Except as otherwise <br />expressly provided by the City Council, any sewer con- <br />nections for multiple family dwelling units shall be <br />allocated to developers who have received design re- <br />view approval. After receipt of said approval the <br />necessary sewer connection fee shall be paid and nec- <br />essary building plans must be submitted to the Building <br />Division of the Department of Community Development. <br />Said permits must be paid for within 60 days from the <br />adoption of a specific resolution allocating sewer <br />connections for multiple family dwelling units and <br />plans submitted within 90 days of the date upon which <br />the sewer connection was paid. If the necessary plans <br />have not been submitted pursuant to the time period <br />specified above, the City Council may, at its dis- <br />cretion, allocate said units to any other use category <br />set forth herein, and the fees which have been paid, <br />shall be deemed forfeited. <br />c. Commercial Uses. Except as otherwise expressly pro- <br />vided by the City Council, sewer connections for <br />commercial development shall be reserved for a period <br />of one year from the date of adoption of a specific <br />resolution allocating sewer connections for commercial <br />uses. Said units shall be distributed to developers <br />only upon conclusion of Design Review approval and <br />payment of the necessary sewer connection fee. Building <br />-8- <br />
