The City Council reserves the right to determine on a six <br />months review basis the exact number of annual connections, <br />if any, which may be allowed. In making its determination <br />the City shall consider the following: <br />a. Periodic reports from the City Manager's office <br /> regarding operation of the Sunol plant and the effects <br /> of past allocations upon the plant. Said reports shall <br /> be prepared at least every six months, although more <br /> frequent reports are desirable. <br />b. The number of connections previously authorized but <br /> unissued. <br />c. The number of connections previously authorized which <br /> have been issued but which are not yet discharging to <br /> the Sunol plant. <br />d. Requests for allocation of additional connections and <br /> the affect of those additional connections upon the <br /> operation and treatment capabilities of the plant. <br />e. Need for adjusting units between different allocation <br /> categories (i.e., single family, multiple, commercial, <br /> industrial and other) and the effect of such adjustment <br /> upon the goals and objectives of the General Plan. <br />f. Comments received from members of the public prior to <br /> determining the next allocation, if any. <br />Section 5. ALLOCATION. The units to be allocated pursuant to this <br />program shall be allocated, as nearly as possible, in ac- <br />cordance with the following percentages: <br />Residential 52g <br />Multiple 23~ <br />Commercial 17~ <br />Industrial 8~ <br />This percentage allocation will allow the Sunol service <br />area to move toward achievement of the General Plan objectives <br />-6- <br />
