WHEREAS, the City Council, at said meeting also considered an <br />environmental impact report prepared on Willow-West <br />Properties and certified that said environmental impact <br />report had been prepared pursuant to CEQA, State <br />Environmental Guidelines and the City's Guidelines and <br />made other determinations with respect to said EIR <br />as more specifically set forth in Resolution No. 76-110; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after consideration of the environmental <br />impact report and the testimony presented to them at <br />their meeting of May 10, 1976, were concerned with <br />additional environmental impacts that may result from <br />the project which have not been adequately addressed in <br />the present environmental impact report due to the <br />general nature of the proposed rezoning in question as <br />well as the fact that there can be no certainty as to <br />when said properties will develop since they are located <br />within the boundaries of the Valley Community Services <br />District service area the properties have no priority <br />in the 1972 Settlement Agreement and thus sewage <br />availability to said property is uncertain for an' <br />indefinite amount of time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Refers this particular rezoning application back to <br />the Planning Commission pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 65857 for consideration of the conditions more <br />specifically set forth in this resolution which had not <br />been considered by the Planning Commission at the time <br />of its original consideration of the Willow West Inc., <br />request for rezoning. <br />Section 2. Subject to the recommendations of the City's Planning <br />Commission and City Council indicates its intention to <br />-2- <br />
