PETITION <br /> <br />(Annexation of uninhabited territory <br />where all owners consent) <br /> <br />TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br /> The undersigned property owner does hereby make application <br />to the City of Pleasanton for annexation to said City of the hereinafter <br />described territory in accordance with the Annexation of Uninhabited <br />Territory Act of 1939 of the State of California. <br /> <br /> Said territory is uninhabited territory,.and is aituated in <br />the County of Alameda, State of California. <br /> <br /> The undersigned petitioner is the owner of all the land in <br />the territory proposed to be annexed to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> The territory herein referred to is fully described in <br />Exhibit A, which is made a part hereof the same as though incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> The undersigned petitioner, pursuant to Section 35319 of the <br />Government Code, State of California, hereby gives its consent to have <br />said territory taxed to pay any indebtedness or liability of the City <br />contracted prior to or existing at the time of the annexation, to-wit, <br />to pay its proportionate share of the bonded indebtedness of the City <br />of Pleasanton presently authorized for the acquisition, construction <br />or completion of municipal improvements. <br /> <br />PETITIONER <br /> <br />DATE <br /> <br /> <br />
