LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION OF ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-22 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of application for "Annexation No. 72" to <br />the City of Pleasanton was heretofore filed with the Executive Officer <br />of the Local Agency Formation Commision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Executive Officer has reviewed said application and <br />prepared a report, including his recommendations thereon, noting that <br />a Negative Declaraticn of Environmental Impact has been prepared, and <br />said application and Environmental Impact Report have been presented <br />to and considered by this Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the hearing the Local Agency Formation Commission heard <br />and received all oral and written protests, objections and evidence which <br />were made, presented or filed, and all persons present were given an op- <br />portunity to appear and be heard in respect to any matter relating to <br />said application and report: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Commission did find as follows: <br /> <br /> The proposed annexation is consistent With procedures and policies <br />previously adopted by this Co~nission in that the area being annexed will <br />permit the provision of municipal services to the subject area. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED: <br /> <br /> That said annexation is approved, subject to all other applicable <br /> laws and the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Correction of the map and description, as may be required <br />by the Director of Public Works, ex officio County Surveyor. <br /> <br />The City of Pleasanton be authorized to proceed without <br />notice or hearing. <br /> <br />I CERTIFY THA'F THE FORSGOiNG IS A <br />CORRECT COP",' OF A F,~SO:UT:ON A- <br />DOPTED BY Tt![] LOC.:,L. ,~,GEX'CY <br /> <br />COUNTY C/:,'F.')~t,t'~ 0c~ober 28, <br /> <br /> <br />
