4720 <br />DB <br />7/26/76 <br />Rev. 12/14/76 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "C" <br />DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE <br />ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ANNEXATION NO. 72 <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGIi~NING at the point of intersection of the southeasterly right- <br />of-way line of County Road No. 1530, commonly known as Stanley Boulevard, <br />66 feet in width, with the easterly boundary line of that certain territory, <br />commonly known as Annexation No. 69, annexed to the City of Pleasanton <br />under Resolution No. 75-138 of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />adopted June 23, 1975, a map of which territory was filed September 5, 1975, <br />in Book 73 of ~aps at Page 98 thereof, Records of Alameda County, Califor- <br />nia; thence southerly along said easterly boundary line to the southeasterly <br />corner of said territory annexed, said corner being also a point on the <br />general southerly line of that certain parcel of land designated PARCEL 1 <br /> <br />on that certain map designated PARCEL MAP 1453, filed <br /> <br />April 23, 1976, in Book 89 of Maps, Page 73 thereof, Records of Alameda <br />County, California; thence leaving said easterly boundary line in a general <br />easterly direction along said general southerly line to the general west- <br />erly boundary line of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation <br />No. 60, annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 577 of the <br />City Council of the City of Pleasanton, adopted October 6, 1969, a map <br />of which territory was filed November 13, 1969, in Book 60 of Maps at Page <br />46 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence in a general <br />northerly, westerly, and northwesterly direction along last said general <br />westerly boundary line to the intersection of said general westerly boundary <br /> <br /> <br />
