Section 2. The City Council approves the annexation of the <br /> property, more particularly described in Exhibit "C" <br /> (attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference), <br /> to the City of Pleasanton without notice and hearing <br /> pursuant to Government Code Section 35015. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to transmit a copy of <br /> this resolution together with attachments to the of- <br /> fice of Secretary of State in order to complete the <br /> annexation of said property. <br /> <br />Section 4.
