CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-271 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> ANNEXATION #72 TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton received a request for annexa- <br /> tion of approximately thirty-six acres of property on <br /> Stanley Boulevard east of Pleasanton from Mr. and Mrs. <br /> Frank Auf der Maur and Mr. and Mrs. Konrad Rickenbach; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this matter was submitted to the Local Agency Forma- <br /> tion Commission of Alameda County in order to obtain <br /> approval of said body for annexation of this property <br /> to the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of Alameda <br /> County On October 28, 1976, adopted Resolution No. <br /> 76-22 (attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated <br /> herein by reference) approving the annexation of said <br /> property without notice and hearing pursuant to Govern- <br /> ment Code Section 54797.1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of November 22, 1976, <br /> considered the annexation of said property known as <br /> Annexation #72 and received a staff report indicating <br /> the action taken by the Local Agency Formation Com- <br /> mission and a petition for annexation (attached here- <br /> to as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council determines that this is a non- <br /> inhabited annexation wherein all owners have consented <br /> to the annexation and the Local Agency Formation Com- <br /> mission, pursuant to Government Code Section 54797.1, <br /> has authorized annexation without notice and hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />
