CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 76-271 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF ANNEXATION #72 TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton received a request for annexa- tion of approximately thirty-six acres of property on Stanley Boulevard east of Pleasanton from Mr. and Mrs. Frank Auf der Maur and Mr. and Mrs. Konrad Rickenbach; and WHEREAS, this matter was submitted to the Local Agency Forma- tion Commission of Alameda County in order to obtain approval of said body for annexation of this property to the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission of Alameda County On October 28, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-22 (attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference) approving the annexation of said property without notice and hearing pursuant to Govern- ment Code Section 54797.1; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of November 22, 1976, considered the annexation of said property known as Annexation #72 and received a staff report indicating the action taken by the Local Agency Formation Com- mission and a petition for annexation (attached here- to as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference). NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council determines that this is a non- inhabited annexation wherein all owners have consented to the annexation and the Local Agency Formation Com- mission, pursuant to Government Code Section 54797.1, has authorized annexation without notice and hearing.
