AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made on this ~'li~'~ day of /~ ~.~ , 1977 <br /> g era law City, <br />by and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON (CITY), a en 1 <br /> <br />and PLEASANTON YOUTH, INCORPORATED (PYI): <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PYI purchased a modular structure from Alameda <br />County and moved it to its present site at Amador Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PYI has made the building available to the Depart- <br />ment of Recreation and Human Resources of the City of Pleasanton <br />for youth am~recreational uses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PYI now wishes to ~ransfer the ownership of the <br />building to the CITY; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY desires to accept such transfer and intends <br />to continue to use the building as it has in the past. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of ONE AND NO/100 DOLLAR <br />($1.00), PYI agrees to sell and the CITY agrees to buy the modular <br />building known as Pleasanton Youth, Incorporated Center located <br />at Amador Park, pleasanton. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, CITY and PYI have executed this agreement as <br /> of the day and year first above written. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />pLEASANTON YOUTH, INCORPORATED <br /> <br />CITY <br /> <br />ROBERT C.
