CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 77-219 AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PLEASANTON YOUTH, INC., WESTWIND CENTER AND ACCEPTANCE OF TRANSFER OF INTEREST WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of July 25, 1977, accepted $2700.00 from Pleasanton Youth, Inc., for improvements to the Westwind Center at Amador Park; and WHEREAS, Pleasanton Youth, Inc., is in the process of disbanding; and WHEREAS, Pleasanton Youth, Inc. is interested in providing to the City Council the ownership of the Westwind Center at Amador Park; and WHEREAS, in order for the City Council to obtain ownership to the Westwind Center located in Amador Park it is necessary to approve an agreement with Pleasanton Youth, Inc.; and WHEREAS , the City Council at its meeting of August 23, 1977, received and reviewed a report dated August 12, 1977, from the City Attorney regarding an agreement between Pleasanton Youth, Inc. and the City of Pleasanton for ownership of the West- wind Center and transfer of interest, a copy of said agree- ment is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Authorizes execution of Agreement by the Mayor with Pleasanton Youth, Inc. Westwind Center and acceptance of Transfer of Interest. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
