TRANSFER OF INTEREST <br /> <br />In Pleasanton Youth <br />Incorporated Building <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PLEASANTON YOUTH, INCORPORATED (hereinafter referred <br />to as PYI) purchased a modular structure from Alameda County and <br />moved it to its present site at Amador Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PYI has made the building available to the Department <br />of Recreation and Human Resources of the City of Pleasanton for <br />youth a~ recreational purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PYI now wishes to transfer the ownership of the <br />building to the CITY; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY desires to accept such transfer and intends <br />to continue to use the building as it has in the past; and <br /> WHEREAS, PYI's Governing Board resolved on/j ~ . <br />1977 to execute the transfer of said building to the CITY. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, PYI gives to the CITY OF PLEASANTON that <br />certain building, known as the Pleasanton Youth Incorporated <br />Building, located at Amador Park, City of Pleasanton, County of <br />Alameda. <br /> <br /> All right, title and interest that PYI may hold in said <br /> <br /> the CITY OF PLEASANTON without <br /> <br />building is hereby transferred to <br />reservation. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />PLEASANTON YOUTH, INCORPORATED <br /> <br />By: ~ ~i-" ~- ~ '/ ' ' -t <br /> \ <br /> \ <br /> \ <br /> <br /> <br />
