Agency may sell to Authority or any member of <br /> <br /> Agency any of its capacity and reserve which Agency may determine is unnecessary <br /> for its future usage. <br /> <br /> 5. Ownership of Facilities: Authority shall own the physical facilities <br /> generally known as the interceptor main and outfall system and, in addition, <br /> shall own the connection link (consisting of a Tee and Valve) at Agency's point <br /> <br /> of connection north of the proposed Oro Loma Pump Station, its <br /> 6. Operation Requirements: Agency shall design, operate and maintain <br /> <br />'facilities such that the maximum pressure on a closed valve at the point of <br /> connection to Authority°s system will not exceed an equivalent water surface <br /> elevation of 65 feet above mean sea level. Authority'S.valve at the point of <br /> connection shall be operated only by Authority only after providing notice to <br /> Agency. <br /> <br /> It is anticipated,that either Authority or Agency may have to discontinue <br /> service from time to time for inspection, maintenance or re~air of its respective <br /> facilities, in which event each shall give the other adequate advanced notice <br /> to make provisions for alternate dispos'al, to isolate the two systems and to <br /> protect the other system from damage. In the event that either party makes or <br /> causes any significant change in the.operation of its facilities that might <br /> affect the other it shall advise the other as soon as such change is known. <br /> <br /> <br />
