Agency shall pay to Authority the total sum of 10.43% of the actual <br /> construction costs of the Authority pipelines and dechlorination station <br /> north of the Oro Loma Pump Station. In addition Agency shall pay to <br /> Authority 20% of Agency's share of construction costs in order to <br /> reimburse Authority for its indirect costs, including administration, <br /> design, inspection and miscellaneous costs.
