Appraiser in performing his duties hereunder, which are not included <br />in the appraisal report shall remain the property of Appraiser. <br />City may obtain, at its expense, any reproductions of Appraiser's <br />property associated with this contract which it may desire, subject <br />to reasonable notice to Appraiser. <br /> <br /> 10. CHANGES IN WORK. City may order major changes in the <br />scope of work, either decreasing or increasing-the amount of the <br />Appraiser's services. In the event that City decreases the amount <br />of services ordered,. Appraiser is entitled to compensation for all <br />work performed prior to receipt of notice of change. City and Ap- <br />raiser shall determine the amount of compensation for increases in <br />Appraiser!s services prior to the commencement of work on said in- <br />crease. This agreement shall be modified as soon as practical after <br />notice of increases or decreases in service in order to reflect the <br />new scope of work and compensation. <br /> <br />In the event that major changes are ordered, the schedule as <br />stated in paragraph 3 above will be adjusted by negotiation between <br /> <br />Appraiser and City. <br /> <br />11.
