b. Subsequent to completion and submittal to City of the re- <br /> quired appraisal reports, Appraiser shall be compensated at <br /> the rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour for attendance <br /> at any conferences, meetings, depositions, pre-trial prepara- <br /> tion, when called as a witness by City, and for incidental <br /> expenses incurred in accomplishing the above. Appraiser <br /> shall bill City monthly for per hour ~xpenses and shall <br /> submit an invoice detailing the expenses incurred. <br /> <br /> 7. APPROVAL. .Appraiser shall perform all work required by the <br />contract to the satisfaction of City's City Manager and City Attorney. <br />In achieving the results required by the contract, Appraiser shall <br />employ appraisal principles and practices which are standard in the <br />profession and recognized by the courts as admissible evidence. <br /> <br /> No monies shall be paid by City if the City Manager and City <br />Attorney are dissatisfied with Appraiser's work. Any dissatisfaction <br />shall be specified in writing, with notice to Appraiser and subject <br />to a reasonable period of time for Appraiser to rectify any deficiency. <br />Unresolved disputes between the Appraise~ and staff shall be settled <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> 8. COPIES. Appraiser shall furnish City with a maximum of , <br /> <br />four (4) copies of the appraisal report. Any additional copies desired <br />by City shall be furnished by Appraiser at his cost. <br /> <br /> 9. OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS. The appraisal report submitted to <br />City per this agreement shall be owned by City and may be repro- <br />duced or otherwise copied, disseminated and used as City desires. <br />Notes, computations, sketches, photographs and other data compiledby <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
