The work to be performed by Appraiser, as provided <br />herein, shall be completed no later than sixty (60) days from the date <br />that Appraiser received authorization to proceed from City. <br /> <br /> 4o CITY'S DUTIES. City shall provide, at no cost to Appraiser, <br />the following: <br /> <br /> a. Title reports for each parcel to be appraised. <br /> <br /> b. A listing of the property interest to be acquired on each <br /> <br /> parcel appraised. <br /> <br /> c. Maps of the area and location of City's facilities. <br /> <br /> d. Any other data required by Appraiser to assist in the com- <br /> prehensive by Appraiser to assist in the comprehensive by <br /> Appraiser of City's project and needs, excluding therefrom <br /> data to be obtained by Appraiser in order to comply with <br /> paragraph 2, above. <br /> e. Legal description of property to be appraised. <br /> <br /> 5. MEETINGS. Appraiser shall meet with City's staff or repre- <br />sentatives, as necessary, to obtain information necessary to perform <br />the services required herein. <br /> <br /> 6. COMPENSATION. Compensation paid by City to Appraiser shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br /> a. For the performance of the appraisal reports required herein <br /> and attendance at meetings specified in paragraph 5, Ap- <br /> praiser's total compensation shall not exceed .Fgur thousand <br /> dollars ($4,000.00).
