DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />For the period commencing July 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1978, the <br />Salary and Fringe Benefits for Deputy City Attorney shall be: <br /> <br />I. Salary <br /> <br />$1785 per month, a range to be determined during fiscal year 1977- <br />78 and recommended for inclusion in the 1978-79 fiscal year salary <br />resolution for Management and Confidential Employees. <br /> <br />II. Fringe Benefits <br /> <br />A. Fully paid medical, dental, longterm disability and life in- <br /> surance premiums. <br /> <br />Two days administrative leave per fiscal year not to be taken <br />in conjunction with annual vacation and to be reimbursed at <br />end of fiscal year if not taken. <br /> <br />Payment of up to five (5) days accumulated vacation, said pay- <br />ment to be made at the end of the calendar year provided the <br />employee's current year's vacation entitlement has been used <br />and provided that the total amount of accumulated vacation is <br />in excess of twenty (20) days. <br /> <br />Payroll deduction if wishes to join and participate in the <br />City and County Credit Union. <br /> <br />Deletion of each statewide election day as a holiday, sub- <br />stituting therefor one (1) floating holiday to be credited <br />each employee on July 1 of each year. Said floating holiday <br />to be observed in the fiscal year in which it is credited. <br /> <br />F.
