Section 6. Except as provided herein to the contrary the terms and provisions of this resolution shall not effect the appli- cability of the Personnel Rules of the City of Pleasanton to confidential and management employees who are not exempt from said rules. Section 7. The wages and fringe benefits set forth in this resolution shall be the only compensation for the positions set forth in Exhibits A and B hereto and there shall be no right to receive benefits contained in any Memoranda of Understanding with the City's recognized employee organizations which are not included in the wages and benefits set forth herein. It is the City Council's intention that there shall be mutual exclusivity between the compensation plans set forth in this resolution and the items contained in negotiated Memo- randa of Understanding, except as one is specifically included in the other. Section 8. clause, or phrase of this resolution or any part thereof is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this resolution or any part thereof.
