D. The junior college, college, or university from which an <br />educational level is to be received must be accredited by the Western <br />Association of Schools and Colleges. <br /> <br />V. Educational Levels/Pay <br /> <br />Educational levels attained under the Incentive Pay Plan must be com- <br /> <br />pleted with a total grade point average of "C" or better.
