by City. <br />III. <br /> <br />(b) Supply a Fire Flow demand of approximately <br /> 4000 gpm for one hour with a residual pressure <br /> of approximately 20 psi. <br /> <br />(c) Provide a minimum of two connections to the <br /> Shopping Center water system from City's water <br /> system. <br /> <br />All such works of improvement shall be financed solely <br /> <br /> OBLIGATIONS PROPOSED TO BE ASSUMED BY CITY FOR THE PURPOSES <br /> HEREINABOVE ENUMERATED <br /> <br /> A. City, using assessment district funds as hereinabove <br />specified, will acquire, either through purchase o~ condemnation (if not <br />dedicated by Developer or Stoneson), the fee title to the rights of way <br /> <br />required for all road improvements, <br />roads and other major access roads <br />public utilities. City will cause <br /> <br /> including the ring roads, magazine <br />and the required easements for <br />the necessary improvements to be under- <br /> <br />taken to these areas to make them functional. <br /> <br /> Bo City will endeavor to implement special assessment pro- <br />ceedings pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of <br />1913 of the State of California, with bonds to be issued under the pro- <br />visions of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 of the State of California. <br /> <br /> 1. The bonds to be issued will mature over a period of <br />twenty-four (24) years next following the second day of July next suc- <br />ceeding ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> 2. Properties within the boundaries of said assessment <br />districts are to be assessed in accordance with the benefits received by <br />said properties as a result of the acquisitions and improvements to be made. <br /> <br /> C.
