The Engineer Of Work, however, will coordinate <br /> his grading plan, the size and dimensions thereof~ utility facilities for <br /> com=mon use of the Shopping Center and the public, storm sewers including <br /> drains, surface drainage installations in the parking lot, sanitary sewers, <br /> including taps for connecting to private property, with the plans for <br /> design and engineering of Shopping Center. <br /> <br /> D.
