(1/2) by the Developer and one-half (1/2) by the City, with the City's <br />contribution to be paid from the Special Fund. After the confirmation <br />of assessments in Assessment District No. 1974-4, contributions made by <br />benefited property owners east of 1-680 shall be shared by the City and <br />the Developer in equal proportions, to a maximum of the total amount <br />of the assessment in Assessment District No. 1974-4 attributable to the <br /> <br />acquisition of rights-of-way and the <br />east of 1-680. <br /> <br /> 5. <br /> <br />improvement of Stoneridge Drive <br /> <br />Assessment District No. 1974-5. <br /> <br />The purpose of this assessment district is for the acqui- <br /> <br />sition of easements and rights-of-way necessary for the constructionlof, <br />and the improvement of, ring roads and magazine roads within the <br /> <br /> City will make no contribution to the funding of these <br /> <br />Entire Parcel. <br />costs~ <br /> <br /> 6. <br /> <br /> Augmented Water Supplyt <br /> <br /> The City will cause the construction of such additional <br />water supply facilities as may be required to assure an adequate and <br />dependable supply of water to Shopping Center. Such additional facili- <br />ties may include inter-tie connections, new sodrces, additional storage <br />facilities or any combination thereof. City agrees to have the necessary <br />facilities completed and operative not less than three months in advance <br /> <br />of the date Shopping Center is open for business ~o the public.
