The City will contribute 16.667% of the total cost up to a maximum of <br />$270,000, the same amount as Alameda County, of the total cost of which <br />$130,000 shall be reimbursed to the City by the Developer, in cash, on <br />or before the award of the construction contract for Foothill Road. <br /> <br /> 2. Assessment District No. 1974-2. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this assessment district on the Shopping <br />Center is to provide for the construction of the Freeway 1-680 over- <br />crossing at the Stoneridge Drive intersection. City will contribute from <br />tke Special Fund monies to make the annual payments of principal and <br />interest required to service the bonds which shall be issued by this <br />district, all as more particularly set forth below. <br /> <br /> 3. Assessment District No. 1974-3. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this assessment district is to construct <br /> storm and sanitary sewers, and water systems on or adjacent to the <br /> Shopping Center. City will make no contribution to the funding of these <br /> costs. <br /> <br /> 4. Assessment District No. 1974-4. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this assessment district is for the con- <br /> struction of the east and west extensions of Stoneridge Drive, together <br /> with the acquisition of rights of way necessary thereto. The City and <br /> the Developer agree that the funds necessary to acquire rights of way <br /> and improve Stoneridge Drive east of 1-680 will be raised initially by <br /> an assessment district on the Shopping Center. The cost of necessary <br /> rights of way and such work and improvements of Stoneridge Drive east <br /> of 1-680 and requisite assessment district costs shall be borne one-half <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br /> <br />
