RESOLUTION <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NO. 78-120 <br /> <br />5. That wood trim covered by stucco detail be <br />installed on the south side facade of Building B <br />to break up the long expanse of blank stucco wall. <br />This detailing shall also be used on Building A's <br />south and north side facades. <br /> <br />6. To provide for continuity of circulation, a driveway, <br />in the approximate location of parking spaces 28-29, <br />shall be provided. Any parking spaces removed by <br />placement of this driveway shall be relocated by <br />removing landscaping elsewhere on the site. Temporary <br />landscaping shall be installed in the area of the <br />driveway until the property to the north is developed. <br /> <br />7. That the area between Building A and the back property <br />line be paved and well maintained. In addition, a door <br />shall be placed on the first level of this structure to <br />provide access to this area. <br /> <br />8. That plans illustrating all changes required by <br />Conditions 4-7 be approved by the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />9. That the street number of the building be posted so as <br />to be easily seen from the street at all times, day and night. <br /> <br />10. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened from <br />view with materials architecturally compatible with the <br />main structure. <br /> <br />11. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be perceptible <br />at or beyond the property plane of the subject property in <br />a normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br />12. That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br />13. That all trash and refuse be contained completely within <br />enclosures architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. <br /> <br />14. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of <br />15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons. <br /> <br />15. That 6-inch vertical concrete curbs be installed <br />between all paved and landscaped areas. <br /> <br /> <br />
