Note: <br /> <br />The qualifying BART bus route includes only that <br />portion of the route - both commuter service and <br />basic service - on local streets (ie. not free- <br />ways); "grocery store" does not include conven- <br />ience markets. <br /> <br />5. Other Environmental Considerations <br /> <br />0 to 5 points <br /> <br />-Extent to which the proposal affects or is affected <br />by other environmental considerations not specifically <br />covered in another section. Such other considerations <br />shall include, but are not limited to, exterior <br />noise levels on-site; effect of development-generated <br />noise off-site; effect of the development on flood <br />plain areas; flood hazards; geologic hazards; effect <br />on archeological or historical sites or unusual plant <br />and animal communities; effects on public safety <br />(police and fire protection); exterior water conser- <br />vation measures; and provision of bus facilities to <br />serve the project. <br /> <br />Note: <br /> <br />Developments which handle sensitive environ- <br />mental conditions particularly well or which <br />cause a minimum of environmental problems shall <br />receive points in this category while those <br />which, on balance, contain some adverse en- <br />vironmental effects shall receive no or fewer <br />points for this section. <br /> <br />6~ Provision of Large Lots <br /> <br />-Extent to which the proposal incorporates large minimum <br />lot sizes in the project according to the following <br />schedule: <br /> <br />.at least 7,500 sq. ft. minimum lot sizes - 2 points <br /> <br />.at least 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot sizes - 4 points <br /> <br />.at least 12,000 sq. ft. minimum lot sizes - 6 points <br /> <br />Concerns Relating to Capital Improvements (Total possible points - 59) <br /> <br />1.
